Therefore this is a rough guide for getting the most out of this kind of stag night event.

Where to go?

The location of the casino you choose for your stag night will probably be determined by the size of the budget you have for it. If you want to keep costs down, then you can always hit one of the casinos in your local area for the night (or get a load of drinks in and have a guys’ night in at an online casino). On the other hand, if you want to push the boat out a bit more, you can book a casino stag weekend in a European city like Lisbon, Prague or Amsterdam or a UK resort such as Blackpool.

What to wear?

You do have the option of doing your casino stag night in football shirt and jeans, but if this is the plan, you should probably go for online casino. Most land-based ones will have a dress code, although this is usually fairly relaxed. You should certainly aim for at least casual, but smart (no matching stag night t-shirts, or novelty outfits). If you really want to live out those Casino Royale/Ocean’s Eleven high roller dreams, getting suited up in tuxes is the only way to go.

What to play?

While you might be tempted to hit the poker tables, if you have never played before the stag night, this is probably not the best place to start. Casino games like the slots will be the best option for those in the group with limited gambling experience (as well as being fast and fun to play). The members of your group who know the ropes and have played games like online slots and online poker before are most likely be attracted to play poker and blackjack.
