Drawing inspiration both from neo-classical painter John William Godward’s nymphs and Maria Callas in Pier Paolo Pasolini’s Medea,Zuhair Murad’s Spring-Summer collection wanders throughout the night of time, and seeks to explore a sense of duality that exists within all women.  On one hand, a strong amazon figure emerges clad in shield-like clothes, notably refined and figure-hugging leather pieces – studded biker jackets, belted mini dresses, graphic blazers, all in the black, white and gold.
