When I began writing I knew some bridal designers and saw the standard silhouettes. Trust me my dear, I’ve totally been there. A decade later and over 1000 designers later I understood that this industry is so creative and innovative that it’s a real shame some brides just tippy toe there way to their bridal gown.

Who am I?
Just your regular soul in love with fashion, brides and writing. And in the end I’ve managed to mix them all and make my dreams come true! And since I’m OBSESSED with helping brides it all manifested in THEFASHIONBRIDES my bridal blog begun in 2007 ( god that seems ages ago)
How did this become my life?
Well, in 2007, I was working as a reporter for a news organization in Europe. It was a beautiful adventure but at the end of the day it was draining life out of me and step by step I made my way to lighter subjects – mostly beauty and later on fashion. Cue dramatic music.
So, I started my blog as a simple creative outlet, in hopes of starting an online community. I had no ambitions of making it my full-time job and back then I didn’t know you could actually do that. Now I am a full time blogger and a proud member of Bloggersoutreach.
But my blog brought new opportunities.
My knowledge of bridal designers and bridal styles helped me land my dream job as a bridal consultant with a wide input in the creative and artistic process. I’ve understood that my life will never be the same after TheFashionBrides and I would never change a step.
My life changed completely due to my love of all things bridal and I do hope my passion will guide YOU as well to find the right one. There’s nothing more satisfying that seeing the smile on a bride’s face and that special first look of her groom.
Crazy, right? To receive so much from giving bridal advices.

I’m glad I could help. But you have to keep in mind that those prices are from an European retailer, so the prices may be different in other parts of the world or even among EU countries.

I am surprised I only found your blog today, as I thought I had already seen all there was on the internet. Encouraged by beautiful blogs I was hooked on, written by fellow brides-to-be, in February this year I started my own blog, chronicling my wedding preparations:) Although it is 3 months after our wedding, I still continue blogging. For my post today I was looking for an image of a Valentino Sposa dress from the 2009 collection and discovered your blog. I am adding you to my blogroll straight away. Although my blog is in Polish (which I decided to do on purpose as the internet is full of great bride blogs in English, there’s hardly any in my native language) I hope you enjoy looking through the images:)
