In splendid defiance of the darkness of the time, Zuhair Murad’s Fall Winter collection 2009 2010 was presented during the fashion week in Paris on July 7, in Carrousel du Louvre. Entitled Winter Rhapsody, this collection is inspired by all-white winter scenery and mystical beauty.
Leaves of organza quietly fall over elegiac dresses in graceful order. Embroidered on airy fabrics like tulles and lace, they lend a sense of natural flow to each dress. Colours follow: light grey icicle white, champagne and frosted almond, all contrasted by metallic threads and finishes.
