Julie Vino Spring 2014 Bridal Collection

Julie Vino 2013 Collection 4

Since childhood I’ve been creative and artsy. While growing up and discovering fashion, I realized fashion would be the field where I could bring forth my passion for beauty, my creative talent and my unique stylistic vision. I’ve studied fashion design in a leading academic institute followed by an internship in leading evening and bridal fashion houses in Canada and Israel. Five years ago I established my own brand of bridal and evening wear in Jaffa-Tel-Aviv. – Julie Vino

Tips & Tricks

Tips and trick to planning the perfect wedding

WFE-538-Peonies-Brides-BRIDE-HOLDINGPlanning a wedding can be equal parts exciting and overwhelming. There is a lot that needs to be done and depending on the length of the engagement, not a lot of time to do it. Brides often make a list of the most important decisions that need to be made and try and take them out one at a time. Once the date and the venue has been chosen, there are several other items that should be looked at as soon as possible.

• The Wedding Dress – Most brides don’t want to wait until the last minute to choose the dress that will be the central focus of their special day. It usually takes several trips to several shops before a woman find that perfect dress to wear for her walk down the aisle. The sooner she starts looking for her dress, the better.
• The Flowers – The wedding bouquets can be made up of just about anything and provide a bride with a lot of freedom. Some women like to select seasonal flowers while others want something a little more out of the ordinary. Either way, the earlier the flowers are selected, the better options and choices a bride will have. While there are companies that can still create bouquets at the last minute, the closer the wedding date gets, the fewer selections tend to be available.
• The Cake – With multiple bakeries to choose from, brides can spend lots of time tasting different fillings, icings, and cakes. The goal is to find a cake that tastes great and looks beautiful on the table during the reception. With the wedding cake selected, brides can turn their focus to other things that need to be done.

With the right dress, the right flowers, and the right cake, a bride is on her way to planning the perfect day. Getting these decisions handled early leaves more time to enjoy the engagement and all of the other things that go along with a wedding. The goal isn’t just to work hard and pass the time anxiously awaiting the nuptials. Instead, it is important that a bride be able to savor every moment as she works towards her upcoming union.
