Zuhair Murad 2020 Winter Couture Collection

    December 3, 2019 /

This Winter 2020, the Zuhair Murad woman slips into a rich, diverse sense of bohemia, inspired both by the Seventies and her own globe-trotting throughout North Africa.  A midi-length dress, a flared skirt or a blazer come in warm tones, Paisley motifs or prints from Moroccan carpets, a know-how perpetuated by local women.

Zuhair Murad 2019 Fall Bridal Collection

    October 2, 2019 /

At the crossroad of past and present, intimacy and tradition, the Zuhair Murad woman has decided to tie the knot.  For this winterly ceremony, she is dreaming of a dress inspired by the lotus flower, both for its organic lines and its spiritual symbolism. Throughout the ages, the latter has been associated to love, purity, wisdom and grace, and carries a positive and protective charge.

Zuhair Murad 2018 Fall Haute Couture Collection

    December 12, 2018 /

Imperial Russia – or rather, a dream-like depiction – is at the heart of Zuhair Murad’s Couture 2018-19 collection. The grand balls held by tsars in Saint Petersburg give way to a sense of aristocratic opulence.

From the Great Ball that once that marked the opening of a season to the decadent wardrobe of Elisabeth of Russia, famous for her 15 000 gowns, to Tolstoy’s Anna Karenina, the historical savoir-faire redefines contemporary elegance.

This season, the Zuhair Murad woman delves into 1950s America. Upon arrival, she adopts a pin-up inspired attire, but does so in a cliché free-manner: she is both sensual and powerful.
