After 20 years, Vatana Watters continues to be at the heart of the company and is passionately involved in setting the design tone. Her inspirations emanate from her heritage, experience on both coasts and desire to reflect the spirit of the times. Vatana recognizes that design is where it starts, but not where it ends. The other hats she wears help the company to continue to be appreciated for being a cut above for quality and responsiveness.

Like the collections she designs, Winnie Chlomin, the co-founder and chief designer of Winnie Couture, is graceful, sophisticated, and exquisite. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Winnie came to US at the age of fifteen.
With an inherent sense of style, Winnie knew at a young age that she wanted to design, putting her artistic hands on anything related to art – from sketching designs to crafting models.

Stephanie’s commitment to excellence in design, beautiful fabrics and perfect fit have been her guiding principles over the past 20 years in Bridal Fashion. In 2009 our new flagship store in central London opened at 17 Chiltern Street, Westminster where Stephanie is showcasing her new bridal designs and a couture eveningwear Collection.
Stephanie’s British-made Designs are available at selected retailers in the UK and abroad. Stephanie also offers the Full Collection and a Couture service at her original showroom in Mumbles.
