Steal that style: The Royal Ascot

Some like the horses and the race some the royals while some, myself included, love the Royal Ascot for the outstanding hats it offers on display. Some are crazy and downright ridiculous but we love them anyway. The British ladies know how to make a statement when one is imperiously necessary.
