Wedding Gown Guide: Princess Bridal Gown

manila-novias-spring-2017-bridal-collection-091

A fitted bodice flows alluringly into a full skirt, this is the definition of a classic princess gown. This style is for the bride that dreams of a full skirt but is a bit less fond of the bateau and ballgown and underwhelmed by the a-line. Perfect for a woman who loves volume and attention.

pronovias-wedding-gowns-fall-2016-fashionbride-website-dresses270

The cutouts and sexy lace back is in all the collections this year and I absolutely love the way it was used by Pronovias – showing that not only mermaid style gowns can have a sexy back!  With this stylish collection Pronovias proves you can have an amazing princess dress or a chic A-line and have a stunning low back with creative accents. What’s your favorite one?

Steal that style: Dona Maria Elizabeth de Orléans e Bragança and Prince Pedro Henrique de Orléans

Prince William and Kate’s wedding caught everyone’s attention but some royals aren’t so known or want to make their weddings a public affair. That is the case of dona Maria Elizabeth de Orléans e Bragança, daughter of Prince Francisco de Orléans e Bragança [himself the son of Prince Pedro Henrique de Orléans e Bragança and Princess Maria of Bavaria].

The beautiful Maria married Pablo Trindade de Souza on the 6 August 2012 at Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Glória, in Rio de Janeiro. The bride wore a beautiful mantilla as a veil and had a lovely white bouquet.
