Jordi Dalmau 2010 Eterna Bridal Collection,

    October 14, 2009 /

    ANGEL_dv_[1] ANGEL_imagen_[1] ANGEL_dr_[1]CALA_dr_[1] CLEOPATRA_dr_[1] DEVA_dv_[1]GAIA_dv_[1] JUNO_imagen_[1] NAYADE_dv_[1]PEDRERA_dr_[1] PEDRERA_imagen-1_[1] TALIA_dr_[1]

Jordi Dalmau’s 2010 collection, called ETERNA, is inspired by the mythical wood nymphs. The collection has reminiscences of the beginning of the 19th century, with tight corsets, elegant dresses and a daring visual range of shapes and colours that highlight the most feminine side of today’s bride. The collection is completed with embroidered details with gems that share their space with unfinished bows that define the look that Jordi Dalmau takes such care of.

This contrast is also given to the multiple overskirts, that can be added on or taken off, that transform the dresses so that they can be worn differently on the same day.
One of the identity signs in Jordi Dalmau collections is the plaited ribbons on the back combined with the zip, adding a touch of distinction to the finished look of the dress, also allowing the bride to adjust it according to the needs of the moment.

The materials used in this collection are satin, gauze and natural silk as well as mikado used for draping and giving inimitable shapes to skirts and dresses. As a final point, we should mention the traditional dressmaking methods used for each of the models which are produced by hand in our workshop in Barcelona, thus offering exceptional service and quality.

Pepe Botella 2010 Mediterranean Bridal Collection

    October 14, 2009 /

    pepe_botella-681-3174[1] pepe_botella-711-3192[1] pepe_botella-679-3172[1]pepe_botella-700-3184[1] pepe_botella-717-3196[1] pepe_botella-724-3199[1]pepe_botella-731-3203[1] pepe_botella-734-3205[1] pepe_botella-727-3201[1]

Far from the typical stereotypes of the Mediterranean, Pepe Botella is inspired by his own origins, thinking of the present and the future. Beyond the Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans, the Mediterranean is a modern, active, entrepreneur culture. It is the Mediterranean of the Ciudad de las Artes in Valencia and the Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona. The same sea, the same light, the same colours that inspire post modern architecture, looking at the blue of the Mediterranean Sea, bathed with its light.

The new collection from the Alicante firm is based on highly developed patterns, treated from an architectural point of view. Structured shapes, made with material, needle and thread, playing with the elegant, classical materials of brides, in which silk fabrics are the protagonist, with mikados, dupioni and organdies. You will also find light, supple gauzes and coupé organdies.

The Mediterranean, modernity and haute couture: the three sources of inspiration for the new Pepe Botella collection.

Atelier Aimee – Emé di Emé Bridal Collection

Emé means the stylistical synthesis for our so called second line; all our creative and sartorial know-how for a young line that is inspired by the Atelier Aimée whose continuation it means.

The style and the elegance of the Atelier Aimée for a gown just as beautiful and a little bit more simple.

    Novia D’Art 2010 Bridal Collection

    October 12, 2009 /

Teresa Raich, the creative soul of NOVIA D,ART presents the 010 collection, a collection that is evolving. Gowns inspired by the sweetness and femininity of the 1960s are transported towards the sensuality and spectacular nature of the 1980s. A transition in which this collection defines itself and evolves freely, inspired by these two beautiful periods.

The NOVIA D,ART 010 collection is a proposal with details that are also undergoing evolution. Sobriety and distinction define elegant gowns with tailored cuts; waists and empire lines typical of the 1960s.

There are infinite ways of expressing feelings, but in each collection Raimon Bundó shows his leanings towards the world of art, an infinite source of inspiration, so that we can enjoy his designs. This year, there are gowns worthy of the happiest, most enamoured bride as the collection is inspired on the Story of the love between Romeo and Juliet.

And extreme love in which passion and magic proclaim to the whole world that there is nothing more gratifying and vital for our spirit. This is the kind of love that Raimon Bundó vindicates in his parade, flooding the catwalk with plenty of love. His delicate, elegant design gives his gowns a large dose of balance so that each bride feels herself to be the most feminine woman filling the hearts of all the onlookers.

De la Cierva & Nicolás Novias 2010 Bridal Collection

    October 10, 2009 /

    _DSC2445[1] _DSC2457[1] _DSC2469[1]_DSC2488[1] _DSC2507[1] _DSC2526[1]_DSC2545[1] _DSC2642[1] _DSC2665[1]

Once upon a time there was a princess who slept deeply, awaiting the arrival of a prince who would awaken her from her lethargy. Meanwhile, her fairy godmothers made her bridal gowns so that the beautiful princess could wear them on the day of her betrothal. They designed luxurious garments worthy of her lineage.

“Other sleeping beauties” is the name of the latest collection from “De la Cierva & Nicolás Novias” . Charles Perrault’s well-known fairytale is once again valid because today’s women look forward to the excitement of being a bride and becoming a happy wife, all of which is transferred to the symbolism of a gown.

    Jesus Peiro 2010 Bridal Collection

    October 9, 2009 /

    1[2]

Ivory, flour white, and in its absence, the lightest off white, are combined with a very slight vintage touch in the details on the appliqués and ribbons. The colours are transparent, and the sheens give hues of colour to a very light off-white palette.

    3[1] 4[2] 8[2]5[2] 9[2] 8[2]

This season headdress are the main stars. Taking the dress’s design as a basis, adornments are created to dress the bride’s head. Outlining the profile, adding touches of light or repeating the same elements, playing with volumes.
Its size and how it is placed add the final touch to the ensemble.

    Jesus Peiro 2010 Bridal Collection

    October 5, 2009 /

The 2010 Jesus Peiro Bridal Collection is based on an oversized vision of the natural garden. Just as if you were gazing out of a chrysalis, all of the images, sensations and effects are enlarged and distorted. The movement, the transparency, the intertwined knots, the symmetry of the pleats, the subtle veiling imitate and recreate an intimate life of silence, flowers, waves in the water, and secrets carried on a gentle breeze.

From hints to the hidden abundance of passementerie enclosed in fabric. Superimposed veiling, mixed textures with sheens and tones in subtle opposition.
