Hot stuff: knee length wedding gowns

    October 29, 2010 /

Let’s admit it, not everyone has a body that can get away with wearing mermaid type bridal gowns or princess ball gowns. That’s the main reason why more and more brides choose a knee length wedding gown that flatters their figure and brightens their ceremony.

Inspired by the 1950’s fashion the knee length gown is making a powerful comeback into today’s bridal trends. I must admit I’m a huge fan of vintage clothes and I would gladly wear one of the bridal gowns that stands out and would flatter my figure.

David’s Bridal knee length gowns are perfect for the occasion; their new Galina collection features a couple of fabulous designs that would fit perfectly in a vintage inspired wedding or even a beach ceremony.

And for the brides that still want to wear clasic bridal gowns they can always pick a long, A line gown for the ceremony and latter in the evening switch it with a knee length gown. For a drop of vintage glamour don’t forget to add a cagebird veil and the trademark red lipstick. Have fun!
